Tips to learn more effectively (personal view)

- To be sure of fully understanding a subject, I should be able to explain it as simply as possible and avoid any unnecessary complexity in that understanding.
- I should embrace "lightness" by always choosing what allows for the quickest understanding of the subject. Metaphors, analogies, and humor are particularly useful for this.
- Debate with authors and experts as if they are your friends. To ensure a thorough understanding of a subject and to fully integrate it, I should not hesitate to engage with the ideas presented. Disagreement is possible, and in that case, I should be able to argue their perspective.
- Engage in self-dialogue to reflect on my personal understanding of the subject and my progress in learning it (how what I am doing helps my understanding of the subject, how I could have approached it differently to acquire this knowledge more quickly, etc.).
- Appreciate the act of doubting and not knowing everything. The more I knows, the more questions there are to explore or ways to reach the same conclusion (in this specific case, doubt does not pertain to a lack of knowledge but to the ability to approach the subject as pertinently as possible).
