- It encourages use!
- This seems odd but so many apps have limits here and there and for me that becomes the focus. The thought becomes what NOT to put in and in the end data gets split over various apps. This might be an autism thing but once I know there is a limit it kinda becomes the focus and it makes me less likely to add data.
- Twos with its badges system is the opposite - I encourages me to use the app and because it is a joy to use I WANT to use it, I’m not worrying over what not to put in etc but happy to use it and it’s helping me record my everyday stuff and get more organised even after a few days.
- It’s easy to recommend!
- Yes this app has a learning curve and I’m still on it but the parts that are really simple to do are so simple it gives space to learn the other parts without being overwhelmed. The active discord and really engaged and supportive Devs make a massive difference to that.
- A core thing though is the redeem system - I can safely share this app with others, be that a list or a link and not worry about them being spammed for money or getting restrictions thrown at them.
- It’s also very fair on different use types - want to pay once for some features, do it! Want to subscribe -there are three tiers all with the same feature set that addresses different income needs! This for me is very fair, not everyone can pay a lot but for those who can the options are there but for those who cannot there are many options which shows respect to those on lower income too.
- This makes it easy to recommend for me. Those I work with have vastly different incomes and priorities, especially in church, so the flexibility within the app is a really significant thing.
- It looks amazing
- The home page is just a thing of sheet beauty. All the information it can display is so helpful and I love how it is all presented. There is a lot there but it doesn’t feel overwhelming and being able to click into things like seeing all my to-dos so easily is really useful for someone like me who is an expert at losing track of things.
- The use of tags for data I enter be that email or Siri short cuts is really helpful too as I can see quickly what things are and where I need it then to go.
- It’s keeping me organised
- The fact I feel free to put a lot in is helping me then action that data. The ai suggesting reminders etc is really helpful as well.
- I also really appreciate that I can create a date for an action and it appears both in the date I created it and the date it’s set for too - keeps the train of thought in tact.
