- thinking about keeping a "hobby diary" on Twos. a way to track progress, excitement, development, etc.
- really, it's a way to remind myself of these things. the funny thing about AuDHD is how easy it is to lose sight of things good and bad and how that leads to stress, despair and downright depression.
**Twos** has been good at keeping my brain on straight for the admin stuff. but i want it to keep the brain healthy with the cultivating side of things.
- I'm suddenly thinking of compiling a list of terms I've learned from what I've read, drop them into *word searches* to be found and defined afterwards as a method of retention
