- One of the most impactful quotes I found during this journey of trying to be better. Somehow, maybe even ironically, I've found myself to be in a coaching position full time, yet I can honestly say in some ways I feel as if I haven't even start yet.

- The first December (birthday month) without my Papa.
- So close yet so far with my journey. Hopefully my efforts lately will transpire into everything I'm going after. I say hopefully only because I know myself and my habits, which I'm working on.
