Incorrect usage of sublists

- TL:DR
- Made a long list with around 200+ Things
- Things move (up and down the list) and nests their selves on their own
- Some Things disappear on their own
- I decided to sublist every important subtopics

I recently used Twos to list down notes from a three-hour college lecture. I'll be honest, I do take too many notes sometimes (even got "Human Notepad" as a meme). But after the lecture finished, all the Things became disorganized. Some went to the top of the list, some got nested within other lists, and so on.
To prevent that from happening, I decided to turn every important topic/subtopics into sublists. I'm hoping it will stop the Things from becoming disorganized. But I don't think I'm using sublists
