- VENT
- Notes
- Start by writing something that got you angry or frustrated. The words will flow.
- OBLIGATIONS
- Notes
- Dump all obligations, big or small
- Organise obligations into categories, family, work, health etc
- Prioritise. Use a guiding question.
- 'What one thing will make everything else easier?' work backwards from there.
- Set to dos. Create 'bare minimum' & 'killing it' lists.
- MINDSET
- Notes
- Your mind is your OS but it can be trained.
- Reframe
- How is this the best thing that's ever happened to me?
- Possibility
- Because... Statement.
- Write identity statement and list the reasons starting with because.
- Inversion
- Write the question you want to answer and ask the opposite; answer that questions.
- Perspective
- If you were a friend who was giving you advice on this situation, what advice would you give?
- Discipline
- Just do it. Use strategies to make the process of journaling easier. Eg. switch social media app location with notes app.
- Gratitude
- What are 3 things you're grateful for today?
- Mundane
- Happened by chance
- Something you made happen
- IDEATE
- Notes
- Problem solve speed run, 30 answers in 5 minutes. Don't edit until timer is done.
- How would X solve this problem?
- Open the loop. Write down the question you're trying to answer. Sleep. Wake up with answer... hopefully.
- TRAJECTORY
- Notes
- Get a sense of treajectory
- Macro
- Direction
- Write down goal.
- Write down evidence that shows moving towards and moving away
- Write down actions you can take
- Day to day

- What did I learn?
