- Better Practice is a format for tasks, instructions or projects. It helps to cover your bases when you want to get something done.
- Better Practice
- Why is it needed?
- The necessary assumptions. The change is needed, because... You could describe the problem you want to solve or that there is an expectation gap.
- What for?
- The Strategy. The outcome of the change.
- Why is it possible? Why is it difficult?
- Parallel Assumptions. It describes why it is viable to get from the Tactic to the Strategy.
- How to?
- Tactic. The steps you need to take to get the outcome.
- Why is more detail needed?
- Sufficiency Assumptions. This Better Practice can be part of a tree: a Strategy and Tactic tree. If this Tactic is not detailed enough to be implemented by a team in a few days, then you will some more details. These details can be added to lower level Better Practices.
