Quick Wins using Twos App

- A space to capture the *things* that are helpful for me when using Twos:
- I use the two different dashes [ • ] and [ — ] this way:
For example, if you are taking notes from books, podcasts, videos, events or a conversation with someone (home/work):
- Use this dash for key *things* (ideas/insights)
- And use this bullet point for actionable *things*
- This way, at a glance, you could quickly organise for next action later or revisit for another time.
- Not every *thing* needs to be added as a [ ] To Do immediately until you review so.
- Tip: I learned that if you would like to adopt this method, it would be better to set default to [ • ] as it’s much easier to manually create a [ — ] using keyboard by phone or computer.

- Insert *** or the star ⭐️ emoji as a signifier so I can see the Most Important *Thing* (MIT) for the day.
Like this:
- Do this most important thing for the day ⭐️
- Or do this most important thing for the day***

- Use Tagging as context (not topics) to tie *things* together from various places. Some tags that has been helpful for me:
- #30s-reflection (for stuff I learned after meeting someone, experiencing an event, a flash of insight.)
- #publish-ideas (content I think that would be useful for others)
- #people (people I want to follow)
- #contacts (people I’ve met in person or communicated with for life/work)
- #todo1 (High impact tasks)
- #todo3 (Low impact tasks)
- #life-admin (Important, not urgent)
- #work-admin (Important, not urgent @work)
- #book (I may not want to spend time organising all book recommendations into my “Master Book list”, and at times want to keep it on the “Today” page, using this tag allows me to pull all the book mentions in one view.)
