- KEY IDEAS: I believe that values-driven planning is the most effective way to plan your year. Everything funnels down from the top (values that guide your planning) to the measurment point (results). In the end, your results must be aligned with your values if you are going to live a successful, positive year.
I have provided examples of Values and Mission at the top tier. Notice how your values (in this example my own) are written into your Mission [Statement]. Your Vision is then defined by your Mission Statement, and begins with "My vision is to . . ." THIS THING CAN BE DELETED BEFORE PERSONAL USE.
