"I recently discovered Twos: Notes and Lists and it is my new note-taking and planning app of choice. The concept of daily notes and general notes works perfectly with my workflow. The ability to link between general notes and daily notes is also very powerful. I keep Twos open all day on my Mac and/or my iPad. Sync between devices is rock solid. Throughout the day I update my daily note rapid logging style and if a new matter comes up I can quickly create a new general note. I am very picking regarding my notes app and the need to future proof my notes is mandatory. With Twos it’s easy to export my daily notes and general notes into an easy-to-use txt file. If you manage/plan your day using a notes app, you will be very pleased with Twos!"

Thank you !! Yeah- I’ll be working as a speech therapist in the school district! And totally! It’s been a catch-all for “oh shit I forgot to do XYZ but I’m not currently able to actually do XYZ cause I’m on a plane, falling asleep, in a meeting, checking out at a store”. I used to text myself all the things I forgot so I had a running list except once you open the text it kinda disappears like all other texts do so I found myself having to text myself and actively think don’t open that text that’s about to come in. (Which sometimes worked but most of the time doesn’t) I’m not sure if this is making ANY sense hahhaah. And then the move (and copy) function has been great to actually get me to complete some of the tasks because they pop up in 2 places

I work in program management for a tech company, so I’ve used my fair share of productivity and organization tools. Twos has become my personal favorite. I enjoy its blend of powerful, intuitive capabilities coupled with a clean UI. In the past, I’ve often found myself spread thin amongst different apps - reminders in one app, tasks, and notes in others. With Twos, I’m able to house all of those things in one place. This app just satisfies so many use cases. (if that makes any sense haha!) in regards to the more general features, i also adore the fact that it’s a free tool to use, has great privacy/data protection and not requiring a profile really improve the experience for me personally as a privacy (and productivity!) oriented person haha! another thing which i find really unique is redeeming coins whilst using the app that can act as a tutorial guide and also able to buy new features with is ingenious and one of my favourite features! also coming back more generally, i love seeing this small but tight-knit community of people sharing the app about its present features & bugs and talking about potential new features for the roadmap is truly awesome and having that constant interaction is what makes a great app/product and being able to support two independent developers is really exciting and cool and i wish yous truly the best for the present and future progress of Twos! ☆" - Luca on Discord

I have two parents both in their 90s and an aunt in her late 80's that I am responsible for. When you try to juggle their schedules, needs, and meds, you can drive yourself crazy. I think this is key to understanding the affordances of the Twosapp. Yes, there are apps that allow you to keep all these things in one place, but the friction is usually high. You need to design a "personal dashboard" or maneuver around complicated interfaces meant for other kinds of workflows. Twosapp is like a simple, digital bullet journal that takes the friction away from keeping all your things in one place. It is not an "all-in-one" tool where I can do everything ... I'm beginning to think that's not even possible. But it is a great place to keep all manner of "things." It is quickly becoming the hub that connects all my other spaces and apps ... rather than having a bunch of scattered apps with random "things," I start here with all my things and go from there. - Lance Cummings

Hi! Just wanted to say … Twos is making a huge difference to me. I am spinning a large number of plates. A full-time job, a team of 10, 5 separate services, countless sub-projects, reporting requirements, and other key dates. I also run my (blind) husband’s business, do his accounts/admin/marketing, built and manage his website, and drive him around the UK. I manage our home, admin, finances, etc. Plus, I still have some freelance clients. It’s a long list and it’s all in Twos. I have a List for each ‘project’, I add reminders to Today and then move them to the appropriate List with dates, where necessary. I know all my tasks will pop up when I need to action them. "Twos has essentially created a place where I can have my calendar (associated with my emails) and replaced the need for extra apps such as Notes and Reminders. I no longer need to send myself emails with reminders, which frequently got lost. Once upon a time, I used Trello for much of this, but I didn't like their app and so while it worked for work, it never stuck for school or personal life. I think Twos has the potential to be the unifying tool for me! I use Twos to 1) keep my diary, 2) keep my ongoing/daily to-dos, 3) keep all the lists I can think of, from job search stuff to the recipes I used for Thanksgiving (find a new mac and cheese recipe for next year), 4) as a brain dump to get my thoughts in order. Twos makes it easy for me to get stuff out of my head quickly before I can forget or get distracted and then put it where I want to save it later.
